If you're a boss, you know that every day is a challenge to do better. This tip is based on the same research I used to develop my programs and the Working Supervisor's Support Kit .
Use physical reminders.
Technology has made us rich in computerized calendars and phones with alarms and messages to remind us of important things. You probably use them to be more efficient, but you'll do even better if you add physical reminders to your efficiency arsenal.
It's like tying a string around your finger to remind you to do something. Put Post-It® notes where they'll remind you of necessary tasks. Strategically placed index cards with a reminder message work, too. Here are examples.
An index card on the desk reminding you to turn your cell phone ringer back on after a meeting.
A Post-It® on the steering wheel asking if you remembered to bring the presentation.
A note on your pillow reminding you to set up coffee for the morning.
Now it's your turn.
If you find these tips helpful, you should consider
purchasing my Working Supervisor's Support Kit.

Great line, Jacob. Thanks.
