If you're a boss, you know that every day is a challenge to do better. This tip is based on the same research I used to develop my programs and the Working Supervisor's Support Kit .
Honor special dates.
September 11 is a special day in America and around the world. We're sure to remember it, but it's not the only special date.
Remember the good special dates for your team and your team members. Service anniversaries, dates of major triumphs and other business-related dates are good. So are personal dates like birthdays, awards, and children's achievements.
Take a moment to celebrate the special days, either with the team member one-on-one or with the whole team.
If you find these tips helpful, you should consider
purchasing my Working Supervisor's Support Kit.
