If you're a boss, you know that every day is a challenge to do better. This tip is based on the same research I used to develop my programs and the Working Supervisor's Support Kit .

Little Steps

From the outside, significant change and major improvements seem sudden and dramatic. In reality the best way to create big change is to do it in small, steady steps. A little progress every day. A little better every day. Closer to the goal every day.

Bonus: Making progress every day makes your days feel better.

Remember: the best way to create big change is one little step at a time.

If you find these tips helpful, you should consider purchasing my Working Supervisor's Support Kit.

Similar analogy is the growth of your kids... Seeing them day-to-day, you never realize they are growing, but when you see some family members, you hear "Look how much they have grown"

Every day we grow a little bit. The question is how are you going to impact that growth? Will you be distracted by the day-to-day and not push forward your goals - or will you challenge yourself to take that step today - that step that helps you and your team get closer to fulfilling your mission...
