    I love the concept of studying great leaders rather than studying "leadership." I've always enjoyed reading biographies of great leaders. However, sometimes I have a hard time walking way from the book and saying, "Here are the specific leadership qualities I want to emulate from so-and-so." Do you ask yourself certain questions as your read about great leaders?
