    Oh how I agree Wally! I have so many memories of working for bosses who thought they didn't need to say anything unless I was getting it wrong.

    Eventually I would ask for feedback and they would tell me how well I was doing and how highly they regarded me. But I'd been in limbo for such a long time that a lot of the joy of the work had been eroded. We all need encouragement!

    By the way I love having a spellchecker for comments - perfect for people like me!
